The Site is a free service that helps you compare car insurance options from third-party insurers and agencies. We are not an insurance company, agency or broker. We don't sell, bind or service insurance, and nothing on the Site is insurance, financial or legal advice.
2. Sponsored listings
Insurers and agencies shown on the Site pay us when you click on them, which may affect which ones appear and the order they appear in. We don't include every insurer or every offer available in your area.
3. Quotes and third-party sites
Quotes, coverage, eligibility and final prices are set solely by the insurer or agency, and may change after they review your information. When you click on a listing you leave the Site, and that company's own terms and privacy policy apply. We are not responsible for third-party sites, products or services, or for any agreement you make with them.
4. Your responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site.
- Information you provide should be accurate and about yourself or your household.
- Don't misuse the Site: no automated scraping, interfering with its operation, submitting false information, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
5. Figures and content on the Site
Savings figures, ratings and examples on the Site are for illustration and are not a promise of any result. Your price depends on your driver profile, vehicle, coverage, location and the insurer.
6. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, design and logos belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may use the Site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Site or of any third-party product or service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to $100.
